Went into the store. Sat down with a manager. Asked questions about myself and the job. Basic questions that only really take common sense to answer. They do ask about the store so make sure you know a bit of history about primark itself. Some scenario questions too.

How would you handle a customer wanting an item not in stock?
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
