Interview
Following a Group activity, during which I was asked Questions, such as, If I was to compare myself to an Animal, which one would it be, and why? Etc, successful completion of a basic Maths and English Exercise, I was invited to have a Face to Face Interview with an existing Department Manager. I was asked to describe what I would do, and how I would react, to a variety of Shop Floor based Scenarios. What skills, abilities and experience I thought I could bring to the Role. My strengths and weaknesses, availability etc.

Goodness super easy as they were kind to me and asked easy questions as I was referred by a friend , do understand their key values though and make sure to do general research on Primark
