I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Primark (Gravesend, England) in Nov 2023
Interview
It was very conversational and the interviewer was friendly. The whole interview was scenario-based. To assess your thought-process and how aligned your values are with Primark's. Make sure you read well about Primark, it's values, and recent news to keep you updated (e.g. how many outlets they have).

There’s an exam first at home then an in person interview, it’s one manager interviewing you and it’s quite short, they don’t ask too many questions just know your CV and being able to work flexible hours helps
