I had the whole standardised procedure of asking me my details and if I've had any work experience etc. I was asked questions such as "when was the last time you did group work?" and if I knew anything about the company. I was also given scenario questions where I had to explain what I would do in certain situations.

There’s an exam first at home then an in person interview, it’s one manager interviewing you and it’s quite short, they don’t ask too many questions just know your CV and being able to work flexible hours helps
