I applied online. I interviewed at Primark (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2022
Interview
The whole process took 2 weeks from submission to getting the result. The face-to-face interview was going well with like Q&A but no two-way communication. The manager was nice tho. Was a casual and easy interview. But probably don't present you're too hard-working as they don't need that, apparently.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions about retail and scenario. Availability; Self-introduction; Describe a time you worked as part of a team; What do you know about Primark? How would you describe great CS? What are the 5 skills needed for this role and why? Long queue in fitting room, customer was frustrated, what to do?
They asked around four typical STAR interview questions that are simple to answer with prep and it lasted about ten to fifteen minutes. It was overall good and very relaxed.
