Manger wrote notes on my answers and was very friendly. Asked about what I study on college and and then proceeded to interview. Interview process was good. Most times if you have an interview you already go the job just prepare beforehand.

What would you if a customer was waiting In line for the changing room but was in a hurry to go home what would you say? The answer is to tell them about the return policy so they can buy it and come back whenever they want
There’s an exam first at home then an in person interview, it’s one manager interviewing you and it’s quite short, they don’t ask too many questions just know your CV and being able to work flexible hours helps

They asked about previous experience, and how to handle certain situations with customers, also about flexibility
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
