I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Primark (Londres, Inglaterra) in Nov 2020
Interview
It was a fairly easy interview process with a friendly interviewer who was a manager of the store. They talk you through a couple of questions for example asking about certain scenarios that would happen on the shop floor and you have to answer what's the best thing to do.

Question 1
Order these - Stock replenishment, Customer Query, Fixing Stock
There’s an exam first at home then an in person interview, it’s one manager interviewing you and it’s quite short, they don’t ask too many questions just know your CV and being able to work flexible hours helps

They asked about previous experience, and how to handle certain situations with customers, also about flexibility
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.
