I applied online, just filling out a form and uploading a CV. Then asked to complete a scenario based test.
If test passed then accepted for an interview, which I was.
The interview was one to one and asked questions relating to scenarios and what would you do in that situation along with giving examples of certain skills.

Question 1
Que significa brindar una buena experiencia de compra?
Standard retail interview, make sure you have a question prepared to ask the interviewer. They go through your cv on the day so make sure you have the correct dates etc.
Really easy and quick. Interviewer was friendly and there was about 20 questions but just the generic. Took about 10 minutes. But was for christmas temp. So they lowkey was trying to take alot of people in as possible as primark can get busy.
