I was asked a few questions, given some scenarios relative to the job and then was given the chance to ask questions myself at the end. I practice past questions from people who posted on glassdoor and it was very helpful as the same questions came up in my interview.

Give an example/ time when you worked in a team?
Put these in order of importance and why - customer query/ stock replenishment/ fixing the stock - something like that.
What skills do you have that could transfer to this job?
Why would you be good for the job?
Why do you want to work here?
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
