Applied in the Summer, got called in September, to start working in October. Online application, then 1 group interview/dynamic, where we were asked to answer personal questions, fill out a questionnaire about our CV and Availability, and engage in a group dynamic.

What you would do if a (customer/colleague/boss) did (this) ?
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
