Interview
Group interview then one to one with a member of HR.
There was approximately 5 other people , we waited outside HR they made us wait for a while before conducting a group interview where we were asked random questions such as what is blue, in the group exercise we had to put clothes on a rail and order them according to preference and then state why. We then had one to one interviews with a member of HR.

if a customer wanted to buy a dress but she was in a rush and there were long ques at the fitting room what would you do?
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
