I applied online and recieved an email about 2 weeks later requesting to come in for a face to face interview. It was a one to one interview and consisted of the general competency questions. Lasted about 20 minutes. I didn't hear back until about 5 weeks later telling me that I had gotten the job.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
