I applied online and within a week I got a phone call asking to come for an interview the next day. It was a one to one interview by a man who was nice and there was a light, jokey tone to the interview, there were quite a few situational questions. I got the job there and then and I started the same week.
Once you apply for the job you got to give an assessment. try and answer the best way you can. in a week's time you will get a call asking about your availability. interview is simple and easy. Talk about your skills and good communication.

Interviewer was nice however they called me in expecting me to work days and hours that didn't match the advertised contract. I explained that I wasn't able to meet with them with their expected hours so we than eneded the interview early.
