I was invited to an interview 2 days after initial telephone screening. The interviewer was very nice and easy going, just do enough research on the company before you go in and you should be fine.

What would you do if a customer wants something that is out of stock?
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
