Really easy process. Did an online application form which took about 20 minutes. A couple of days later I got a call asking to go in for a face to face interview. Went in, answered a few questions tailored to someone who had no retail experience and received a call from them 5 days later and got the job.

Describe a time where you had to explain something difficult to someone and explain how you got them to understand.
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
