The interview process was quick and easy. I applied 10 days ago and got an email saying that if you don't hear back from them in 10 days, it was unsuccessful. I heard back on the 10th day. Went in for an interview the next day. My interviewer was late however. I got the basic "What would you do" questions and they asked for my availability. Everything was very laidback and

Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
