Asked if I could tell them why i'd be suitable for the role, 3. why i applied, 4. what I'd do if someone wanted to go into changing rooms but didn't have time, 5. what I'd do if someone was in a hurry and wanted to skip the queue

Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
