Heb op de officiële Philips website gesolliciteerd. Ze reageerden met een e-mail waarin stond dat ze me wilden interviewen op Skype (ik was 1000 mijl van het kantoor vandaan). Ik reageerde ja. We hebben een Skype interview gedaan en het was leuk.

The interview was split into two parts. First one was answering pre-recorded questions and playing a few games that tested my quick thinking skills. Second one was with the manager of the team.

To describe different situations where I had to for example take leadership in a team
It was a virtual assessment with 5 behaviour questions and 2 games to understand your working style. You will have only 1 chance to record your answer. 30 seconds to prepare and 3 minutes to talk.

I was well informed through the whole process, everything was very clear for me. I got the job offer.
