Brief and to the point. The recruiter explained brief job responsibilities as she asked the questions and elaborated upon the interview process. Kind of had an accent so it was a bit hard to understand
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Philips (Guildford, Inglaterra) in Mar 2013
Interview
Relaxed, only two people, sales director and talent acquisition. Lasted for about 90 minutes, presented a couple of slides on past history and how that would help in my role with Philips.Plus a questions session.

Question 1
Proof of customer facing skills and past sales experience
phone interview is the first round. I got almost 20 minutes, and 7questions. The recruiter's pronunciation was not good, So I had a difficulty.
But I haven't get any reply for interview yet.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Philips in Aug 2014
Interview
I went through the initial phone screening. The person from HR who did the screening call was very pleasant and very nice to talk to. She basically called to get initial impression of my ability to connect, present myself ,and project a positive image.
I am now waiting to see if I get a call back from the regional director or not. After all a positive experience and was unduly nervous for no reason.
Pleasant experience
