Online application facilitated through company website. Simple and easy application. Contacted within two weeks to participate in two separate video interviews. Interviews were 30min-1:00 hour. Experience was great and received offer within 1-2 months of interview.

Applied through an employee referral, received 2 different emails asking for interviews from 2 different groups. Company said they would get back to me within a week and no one ever did.
