Pfizer Pharmaceutical Sales Representative interview questions

What do you mean by hiring and interview process? I applied via an employee referral. Process was awful. You were blindsided by questions that you couldnt answer. You were looking at yourself the entire time which is not helpful because then you focus on your flaws.

Overall, great interview process. Very thorough and professional. Can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks too complete the entire process. Completed online interview, phone interview, and in person interview. The in-person interview can be done between 3-4 times throughout the process with different people. Make sure to have plenty of examples for situational questions.
