I applied online. I interviewed at Pfizer (New York, NY) in Nov 2021
Interview
2 interviews. One on hirevue and a panel interview. Hirevue was all basic behavioral based questions. For the panel interview you had to present for 10 minutes then do had to answer more behavioral questions.
My interview lasted about an hour. They were all or behavioral/STAR questions. Was asked about examples where I multitasked, dealt with a difficult situation, used unfamiliar technology, etc. There were a lot of questions so I would definitely have a set up responses prepared to common STAR questions. I was disappointed that I never ended up hearing back, even after emailing the interviewer twice. It's not great to be left hanging, but was a pretty fair interview and a great opportunity nonetheless.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you prioritized multiple things and were able to stay in commitment?
Took about three to four weeks for a reply after applying. Very welcoming and easy process. The Pfizer staff isn't here to intimidate anyone- they want to get to know you.
