Pfizer Associate Scientist I interview questions

3 rounds. very nice at first...then politically annoying because they made me interview multiple times with 4 to 5 hour long interviews leading to nothing....I think the company is currently going through a rough patch and trying to downsize while interviewing candidates to either 1. give the notion to current employees that they are always replaceable so they must do the job of multiple people and/or 2. to give the public the notion that they are not downsizing in any capacity because and they "are fine" because they are clearly taking interviews.....I was let down and felt like it was a fake process overall. I wasted my time. Perhaps it is not the best time currently to apply to Pfizer.

Submitted an application online; heard back from hiring manager in lab pretty quickly asking to set up a meeting. We went over my resume and qualifications before setting up a panel interview consisting of multiple interviews with various team members from different departments and skill levels. After the group interview, the hiring manager set up a time for me to meet with the VP of the department where they asked more questions about my qualifications and behavioral questions. Whole process was done in tandem with HR calling me a couple times to discuss pay, start date etc.
