I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Miami, FL) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview process was very professional and lengthy but heard back pretty soon! There were several rounds of interviews with several interviewers in the same session. Everyone was nice and had knowledge on the role and the company history and future plans
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Minneapolis, MN) in Sep 2020
Interview
Good. Over zoom. One on one. Informal yet professional. Multiple options to choose for interview times and days. First interview was about 30 minutes. Second wasbout 45 minutes, but I had lots of questions.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Columbia, SC)
Interview
It was a 5 am interview on a truck with a driver, following his route route and job shadowing. At each location (gas stations, stores, etc.) we'd unload and restock shelves. The interview itself lasted from about 5 am-1 pm. The job description I received didn't indicate that this was what the job was like at all. I figured checking in with stores for restock orders and client relationships, but I did not assume I would be driving a truck for several months prior to managing in that position. When I inquired further, they told me there wasn't really any "sales" and it was basically a management job.
