I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Milwaukee, WI)
Interview
Never got to the interview. Went into a 10'x10' 85 degree room in receiving, in a full suit, and waited for an hour and a half. I was told they couldn't get a hold of the interviewer to come walk me to the interview. No one did anything about me standing there like a fool for 90 minutes. The drivers were coming in and out and were concerned about my wait time, but no one else cared. Embarrassing and unprofessional.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Houston, TX) in Apr 2018
Interview
Applied online, and recieved a request to schedule and interview. Pretty simple, click on the available dates and it's done. The interview was with two managers, one was content on bashing my past work experience for some reason. He admitted that my resume was great but I could just be good at writing a resume (wow). He also made it a point to tell me that PepsiCo is better than any other company I've ever worked for, and the pay with benefits beats all others (untrue) and why should Pepsi choose me. I am glad I had the opportunity to interview with them, because I have never been more certain that I am clearly over qualified for that role and I would have made a mistake accepting. Also I was told there is no company car issued, 10-12 hour work days start time is 6am. Low 401k match and Hourly pay.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Waterford, MI) in Jan 2018
Interview
Applied on line and received an email two days later to schedule an interview. Interviewed at the Pontiac location. The man that interviewed me was 15 minutes late. The receptionist said he was “ on the phone” but when he finally called me back to the interview room, he was sitting in the room with 4 other workers enjoying a soda. He began the interview and it was quite clear he didn’t want to be there. He was reading the scripted interview without making any eye contact at all. He took a couple notes and 10 minutes later we were done! It was quite clear he was only going through the motions and had no interest in me as a candidate. I provided my resume as well as three reference letters . He slid the papers to the side and never even glanced at them. Very bad experience.
