PepsiCo Merchandising interview questions

To start there was a somewhat lengthy online application to fill out which included a personality test. If requirements were met then you would receive an e-mail to join an informational interview where a presenter tells you amongst a group of candidates what the job entails detail by detail about a week or two later. At the end of the informational group interview you sign up for a time to be interviewed by two district managers at the same time. After a week they would contact you let you know if you made it to the next interview which is by the regional sales managers. Should you pass that then pending a drug (hair follicle) and background check you will be made the offer.

I haven't been hired yet. I still have to do a Panel Interview but I did not realize that I was gonna get a mini-intereview on the phone from the person that tells me that my targeted job manager will be calling me to set up an interview.
