I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Ulan-Ude) in Jun 2010
Interview
There was not much about the interview process due to seasonal issues. It was summer in Russia and it was a great opportunity for a regular student to earn some money during 2-3 months.
Basically, the scheme is very simple: you call-->you come--> you answer some questions -->if pass, start to work on next day.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo
Interview
The process took about two weeks, from application to the actual interview. I was called in for an interview at the bottling facility. The facility was difficult to find, tucked away between two large buildings. I entered the building and met with the receptionist. I told her I was here for an interview, she was caught off guard and it seemed like she wasn't expecting me. After waiting about 10 minutes, I met with an assistant manager, the general manager wasn't there. The whole interview was very tense and uncomfortable. The interviewer seemed upset and unhappy the whole process.
I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Des Moines, IA) in May 2014
Interview
Step 1 - I applied for this position online and two weeks later I received a phone call to set up a phone interview.
Step 2 - The phone interview was very brief, just asking if I am seriously interested and some personal information.
Step 3 - About a week and half I received an email to set up a face to face interview.
Step 4 - I went for the interview in a khaki and shirt with tie, the interview was kinda long and very detailed. They asked about skills I learned in used in my jobs and previous experiences. I thought the interview went well the interviewer was very nice and we chatted alittle about sports lol
