I'm currently unemployed and needed something to bring in some income, while I was looking for something more related to my field and experience. The process was a little weird with the 1st interview, which I thought was 1-on-1, turned into a group presentation about the position. They spent most of their time trying to talk you out the job by telling you how physically demading the position can be at times.
A week later I had a 1-on-1 interview which consisted of pretty basic interview questions (i.e. Why would you be a good fit for this position?). That went really well and they told me that I would be scheduled for a
ride-a-long with one of the current RSR's to get a good feel for the position and then a panel interview the following week. After getting that scheduled they then did my background check and found a stupid open container mistermeaner while tailgaiting at a concert in 2006, which was unexceptable since they will not hire anyone with anytype of mistermeaner within the last 7 years.
My point is, if you have anything on your record, don't bother because they won't hire you.
