First interview was a behavorial interview where they heavily emphasized the star method. Typical behavorial questions with people leadership questions. Then they had you rank locations by preference based on your preferred location.

Met representatives at a college campus information session, everybody who attended was granted an interview. First interview was on campus, two PepsiCo associates that asked behavioral questions (biggest achievement, strengths and weaknesses, working in a team, etc.), pretty low key. I received a call about a week later and my next interview was on-site.
Went on-site and had a panel interview with four employees, more behavioral questions but some technical about LSS.

Seemed like the recruiter wanted me to do well. They do most of the vetting before the interview happens so once you make it to the interview they already like you.
