I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Champaign, IL)
Interview
The interview was a standard interview. They expected the STARS response and stated that explicitly. No technical questions were asked, just behavioral/situational questions. The night before the interview, there was a company social with all of the people selected for an interview and the recruiters.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (New York, NY) in Sep 2016
Interview
The interview was fairly straightforward - two behavioral interviews back to back. Everyone was very kind and nice and the questions were typical behavioral questions. Knowing the company well really helps and having good ideas of their different brands is crucial in my opinion.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at PepsiCo
Interview
Had a phone interview and then attended a video conference that was required. Phone interview was very straight forward and what you would expect. Video conference was 15+ people listening to 4 employees talk about their roles and the company. It was very interesting, but with so many people it wasn't interviewing more just listening.
