I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (White Plains, NY)
Interview
The interview process was lengthy, consisted of 3 phone interviews and then 3 interviews in person, followed by another phone interview. They also made me take 3 online assessments which took over 3 hours. After 5 interviews they never contacted me to tell me they had gone in another direction. I reached out to them and they said they went with another candidate. I had asked for feedback to help me move forward for future interviews and they never even responded. This was extremely disrespectful after the amount of time I had invested in the interview process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (New York, NY) in May 2012
Interview
Phone interview with Recruiter who contacted me about an open position, then phone interview with hiring manager. After passing those stages invited to an in person interview with hiring manger, followed by a panel interview with business partners. Everyone was very accommodating during the process, it felt like a mutual selection process not just me trying to sell myself.
