Formal and fair. Very personal and comfortable. A small excel test was given with 30mins to complete. This was very basic and nothing to study for (pivots, lookups, index). 30 word minimums are annoying, just so you know. At least have a counter to see how far off you are.

Interview
There were two stages, each with two members of the finance department. Everyone who interviewed me was very warm and friendly. The interviews lasted about an hour. The process was smooth and comfortable.
