Penguin Random House Designer interview questions

I was first contacted by phone and asked questions about my job history and interests toward potential job. I was then scheduled for an initial interview with the HR department and subsequently within the division.

Multiple interviews. Met a variety of people and stakeholders from the assorted departments working in close quarters with the design department. Most questions were of the generic HR-driven variety. Largely this was a personality interview, with some experience questions peppered throughout.
