Pearson Testing Proctor interview questions

I applied online and received an email/call for a request to schedule a phone interview, which ended up being almost seventeen minutes long. There were a lot of questions asking about a certain situation/issue and what I did to resolve it. It seemed like way too much work for such a low wage job. I was scheduled for an in-person interview during the phone call, which was on the shorter side compared to the phone screen. They said to dress business casual, but the interview felt kind of unprofessional. Most of the interview consisted of explaining what the job entails and that was sort of it.

Phone interview regarding my background and my experience in customer service . Also asked some behavioral questions and conflict resolution scenarios . First interviewed by a recruiter, then by a regional manager and then in person by an employee
