I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pearson (Sacramento, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
I applied online in April and heard back from them within a two days. I received an email from a recruiter and scheduled when the best time to do a phone interview would be. The phone interview was short and sweet. Most of the questions are basic interview questions. The recruiter went over the basics of the job and asked if I was still interested. Then we scheduled my one on one interview at the testing site. The site manager asked the same types of questions and showed me around the facility.
*They do not tell you whether you got the job in person*
I received a call and email from my recruiter later that day telling me that I had gotten the job.

Interview
Applied online. They got in touch and I did a phone interview first which went amazing. The lady I spoke with was very nice and easy to talk to. Received a call shortly after phone interview to set up interview in person with test center manager. After that I had to wait a little while, I was the first person to be interviewed for position so it took awhile. But about a month later I was offered the job. Starting two weeks after the offer.
