Pearson Senior Software Developer interview questions

I interviewed with Pearson VUE. Three rounds with nine people in all. Similar to the previous post - technical interviews including with two architects and senior developers. Manager and most others seemed to have spent their entire careers - over 20 to 24 years at Pearson in the same department. Perfect setting for an unhealthy workplace that breeds stagnation and nepotism. Typically, chances of getting hired or getting internships at places like these are higher if your spouse / parent works here. Something about the team dynamics seemed off-putting. The recruiter seemed like the nicest person of the entire lot.
