Interview
Received a phone call from a hiring manager and conducted a brief phone interview. Had two separate interviews with groups of 4-6 people including the hiring manager and other team members. Fairly straightforward interview process where interview questions focused on strengths, weaknessess, interest in company/industry, previous similar experience etc.

Interview
I applied online, interviewed with HR (general questions about my past experiences), then interviewed with the potential direct manager and then the GM. The Manager and GM asked much more difficult questions than HR. Took a cognitive ability assessment. Then went through a background and reference check before receiving my offer.
