First round is phone interview. The guy asked several questions about Java features and my resume. The second round is onsite. I was still asked question on my resume. Nothing too weird or difficult.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Pearson in Feb 2014
Interview
Very intense and you have to go out in the field on your own and sell their product before you are hired. It's called a campus project. You are given an assigned school, you select a discipline to work in and you call on the instructor's on your own by looking at their schedule before hand and sending emails in hopes they will participate in the project seeing as though you are a new hire.
Hard to reach people within the company. Never heard response after second interview. The interview process was lengthy. It took over three months when it was all said and done.
