One phone interview which was just questions about my resume. Then I had an onsite interview for 3 hours with technical round, a written quiz and a group interview. It went pretty smoothly. I had to stay at the office the whole day for the 3 hours interview I had. But the people were super friendly and helpful.

As a fresher I got shortlisted by global English(rebranded to PearsonEnglish)after reached the Immediately got response regarding written test contains sample question programming question after completion they told me to wait for a minute and results are announced got shortlisted and went for technical interview I with some standard level of question and project explanation, thank god got shortlisted after went for technical round II some high level programming questions and project explanation wow... i am cleared that round too they told next round will be task round some small concept project wil be give by the team to do, i got project called login for with simple user and Admin access make sure they will check you code efficiency and programming style as well as operation incorporated, successful completion of task round they told me to leave for a day if got shortlisted will mail me but that day itself got call for task review i come immediate next day mentor just ask code functionality this is tough state to cleared but all is well completed next had round with senior manager regarding introduction, why career with global English something like that, next round with round with project manager he asked about some their own projects and their intention got cleared finally had round with Human resource head just formal discussion.

Interview
received an email invitation to an on-site interview one month after applied. it happened on a Friday from 10 am to 3:30 pm with a group of kids. the morning session are presentation of company and technology used, and the afternoon session was a company tour and individual interview. The actual interview is with 2 different senior developer or tech manager. They came with printed list of behavioral questions and took notes. it was very present and I had a great time.
