Papernest Project Manager interview questions

Well organised, clear structure and transparent process. First a phone interview with HR, which was short and direct. Then an interview with the hiring manager, to understand the motivation and skill set. After that, there was a take home product case on an interesting challenge. Finally the case had to be presented to the manager and there was a debrief.

The interview went well, the recruiter is polite and professional, very positive. They give final feedback quickly and explain the missions in the role, the values of the company etc. It was a pleasant conversation
