Interview
The whole process was very transparent, every step was noticeably clear with constant feed backs from both sides, the staff was very helpful in the selection granting security and objectiveness. I could feel that the hiring process was very mature since the beginning, It was necessary five different interviews the complete it, which I believe it was unavoidable due the role assignment since it is a senior position, at the end it was a good experience owing to the opportunity to know better the company as well reinforcing the desire of working there.

The interviewer came across as unprofessional and disrespectful. The questions were overly casual, and it felt like they were more interested in showcasing their own intelligence than focusing on my solutions or answers.

Assessment of your code design skills, with an emphasis on object-oriented concepts. This stage includes live coding, general CS questions and OOP principles (e.g., inheritance, encapsulation, polymorphism), design patterns, and best practices for structuring code in a maintainable way.
