Oracle Staff Consultant interview questions

It started out with me going through three rounds of phone interviews, during which time I submitted electronic application, and then got the opportunity to "present" how I solved a challenge from a previous occupation in front of directors and VPs prior to the formal interview itself. Very fast process on average, got first offer within 60 days of first contact with the company.

Interview process was difficult.4 rounds of interview.Two technical ,Managerial and HR. They asked questions related database management system.SQL queries and performance enhancement. SQL scripts were difficult ,but I was managed to answer. It went well and cracked the interview process.
