Oracle Sales Manager interview questions

I was interviewed by HR and the Hiring Manager (VP). Both have shared that the next step would be a panel and that I am amongst the best to be considered for the role. They promised to reach out in a couple of weeks and they simply did not and then again did the same thing twice.
