I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle in Mar 2021
Interview
4 hours of interviewing by for different interviewers. All interviews said I gave excellent answers and cant wait to work with me. Normal person would assume that they were moving on to the next step in the hiring process.
Nope, just got a generic email I was not select for the role, No feedback, I couldn't tell the next person what works or does not.
Will not be interviewing with them again.
I have only known people who know someone working at Oracle get hired.

All technical based questions, even though I was interviewing to manage the team.
I applied online. I interviewed at Oracle in Feb 2021
Interview
they led me on for 2 months and made me do 6 interviews. the 6th and final interview was where they would determine whether I would move forward or not. I waited about two weeks before reaching back out to them since I have not heard anything. But they ended up doing a "sudden" organizational change, took down the job listing, and did not say a single word to me. Letting me linger and dragging me on for such a long and tedious process with zero communication. I felt like throughout the whole process I had to keep making an effort to reach out to them to know if anything was happening. quite a disappointing process.

Question 1
Didn't really ask in-depth questions just can you do this or that. I had to jump in and almost interview myself because he talked so much wouldn't let me get a word in. When I spoke I made sure I captured all the things a normal person would ask.
