This was a multi phase interview, all managed internally by oracle, starting with their internal recruiting team and then on to the functional managers. All very well managed throughout, no complaints at all.

It was awful, the interview was run by a guy who had no business interviewing anyone let alone holding the job that he had. Shame on Oracle for allowing people like this on their team.

Basic loop. Nothing too crazy. Interviewed with 4 people and the hiring manager. A lot of questions like "tell about a time when..." Also make sure to know the mission and values.
