Es war ein Telefon Interview gefolgt von einem Skype Interview in der zweiten Phase. Phase 1: Talent Manager informierte sich über die meine Motivation. Phase 2: Gespräch mit zwei Manager aus der Abteilung.

What are your strengths? What are your achievements?
It was a very simple and straight forward process from what I remember. It was only one interviewer I believe, and they were kind and open to people who had very little experience.
You will probably have 2-3 rounds interviews. 30 minute interview with the recruiter or hiring manager. This is a very basic sales interview. You’ll be asked about your background and how it relates to BDC.
