Interview
Unprofessional HR and interviewers (including directors) at Oracle India (Hyderabad). Even after getting a verbal offer from both hiring manager and director, they will keep you on hold without any notification (probably searching for candidates to match their low budget) and finally they will not even bother to respond back.
I went through 5 rounds which included a final round with director.

I applied online. I interviewed at Oracle (Bengaluru) in Dec 2020
Interview
There were only two technical rounds. Both the rounds were video calls. I have cleared both the rounds and HR spoke to me about the salary details and how much they are offering. On that day, they said 30% of my current ctc. Then she said there will be background verification. I will receive mail regarding that after a week or 10 days time. I didn't get any mails. After 2 weeks recruiter again contacted me and said they selected few more candidates of higher experience than me and for them they are giving less than what offered to me. And asked whether I'm ok to proceed with 20% hike from ctc. I agreed to them. After a day or two I got an offer from one of the big 4 firms in software sector. I didn't intimated this to the Oracle recruiter. After a month she again called to discuss on the offer letter but this time I rejected their offer.
