I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Oracle (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
Easy interview questions. Can easily land the offer if you have a working brain and can answer basic interview questions. They used to hire college grads like mad back in the days and were so desperate to fill headcount because turnover was insanely high. Not sure what it's like now.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Oracle in Dec 2020
Interview
Chill, great, quick. 3 rounds, first with a recruiter, then two with managers. Mainly behavioral questions and some situational questions about previous experiences. Just be calm and treat it like a conversation to keep things flowing. Was able to create a fun environment by talking about them and it didn't feel like an interview.

Great - three interviews (one with recruiter and two with different hiring managers) The interviewers were friendly and interested in what I had to say. My recruiter helped me plan out when to schedule my interviews.
