The interview process was pretty straightforward the only difference is it is basically a 3 stage process the first interview was with one of the recruitment team amazing set of people the lady who interviewed me was amazing so attentive checked in with me through every step guided me helped with any questions I may have, the next stage was the group and I find this stage to be really good for the employees and the employer as they can see who would be a great team member during my group interview everyone was amazing we talked like we had all known each other for ages and the team members we met that already work for octopus energy was equally amazing so attentive so knowledgeable and understanding that everyone has different back grounds and responsibilities the last stage is you go In for a face to face interview and I found out later that evening that I had been made a offer for a job, I love everything I learned during the interviews and believe that octopus energy is doing an amazing job with the interview process
