The interview process is a rigorous three-step journey, delving deep into your professional background and design choices. While the detailed questions aim to understand your reasoning behind portfolio decisions, some candidates perceive it as more of a test than a traditional interview, perhaps due to its thorough nature and focus on practical application of skills.

Interview process was well handled by the company, i was kept up to date by the HR team throghout the process. One gripe would be the design task during the later stage of the process which was time consuming, i would prefer a whiteboard challange during the interview.
